Business IT
Microsoft 365 support, from accounts to collaboration.
Keep email, files and access organised around your team. Solworx helps businesses administer Microsoft 365, resolve problems and plan changes to their working environment.
Discuss Microsoft 365The service
Make the environment easier to manage.
Microsoft 365 can become difficult to maintain when accounts, permissions and shared information have grown without clear ownership. Our support and consultancy start with how your organisation uses the environment and which changes are needed.
We help with ongoing administration as well as defined projects. If you still refer to the platform as Office 365, this is the same place to discuss support and migration requirements.
When this can help
- Accounts and permissions that no longer reflect people's roles
- Email, Teams or shared files causing day-to-day difficulty
- A move to Microsoft 365 that needs planning and coordination
What Solworx does
Practical work, clearly scoped.
-
Users, identity and permissions
Administer users and access through Microsoft 365 and Entra ID. Review joiner and leaver tasks, group membership and administrative permissions.
-
Email and Exchange Online
Support mailbox administration, shared mailboxes and email configuration. Investigate mail access or delivery issues and coordinate changes with the relevant providers.
-
Teams and SharePoint
Review how teams collaborate, where files belong and who can access them. Help configure shared spaces and permissions around actual working needs.
-
Security configuration
Review authentication, administrative access and sharing settings. Plan changes with the people affected and account for the capabilities available in your subscriptions.
-
Subscription and ongoing administration
Review licence assignments against user needs and discuss the implications of configuration changes. Agree which recurring administration and support tasks Solworx will handle.
In focus
Plan a Microsoft 365 migration before moving data.
A migration starts with the source environment: email, files, users, domains and the services that depend on them. We establish what should move, what needs tidying up and who needs access afterwards.
The project plan should cover migration scope, permissions, testing, user communication and the changeover. We agree the approach with you, check the destination environment and support users through the move. Timing and disruption depend on the systems and data involved.
How the work happens
Review, configure and hand over clearly.
-
Review your tenant and requirements
Understand how Microsoft 365 is used, where ownership sits and which problems or changes matter most.
-
Agree and make changes
Set out configuration or migration work, confirm access and dependencies, and communicate changes before implementation.
-
Check and support
Test access and working processes, document the relevant settings and agree any ongoing administration.

Before you start
Questions about the service.
Can you help migrate to Microsoft 365?
Yes. We begin by reviewing your current email, files and users, then agree the migration scope, dependencies and changeover plan. The work includes checking the destination and helping users after the move.
Do you provide ongoing Microsoft 365 support?
Yes. We can agree an ongoing scope for administration and support, including users, access, email and collaboration. Project changes are discussed separately where they go beyond routine administration.
Can you help with permissions and security?
Yes. We review permissions, account administration, authentication and sharing configuration in the context of how your team works and the subscriptions you hold. Where changes affect users, we plan how they will be introduced.
