Digital Growth
Business websites, planned and built to work.
A website should explain your services, help people find the right information and make enquiries straightforward. Solworx plans and builds business websites with those jobs in mind.
Discuss your websiteThe service
From page structure to a working website.
Website development starts with what visitors need to understand and what your business needs the site to do. We plan the information architecture, build the frontend and connect the practical parts such as forms, tracking and deployment.
Whether you need a new website or a rebuild, the aim is a clear, maintainable implementation. Design decisions are part of building the website, with responsive behaviour, accessibility and search foundations considered throughout.
When this can help
- Visitors struggle to understand services or find the next step
- An existing site is difficult to update or extend
- A rebuild needs to preserve useful content, URLs and integrations
What Solworx does
Practical work, clearly scoped.
-
Website planning and architecture
Define audiences, page purposes, navigation and content requirements. Map the routes people need to take from an initial visit to an enquiry.
-
Responsive frontend development
Build layouts and components that work across screen sizes. Implement the visual design as part of a complete business website, with reusable patterns where they help maintenance.
-
Accessibility and performance
Consider semantic markup, keyboard access, focus, contrast and responsive behaviour. Review loading and rendering performance against the actual implementation.
-
Forms and integrations
Connect agreed forms and external services, handle validation and error states, and check the intended enquiry journey.
-
Search and measurement foundations
Implement page metadata, crawlable links, canonical URLs and appropriate structured data. Set up agreed analytics and enquiry tracking so the site can be evaluated after launch.
-
Deployment and maintainability
Plan hosting and release steps, document the relevant setup and agree how changes will be made. Discuss ongoing support separately where required.
In focus
A rebuild is also a migration.
Before replacing an existing site, review its URLs, useful content, search entry points and integrations. Decide what stays, what changes and where a permanent redirect is needed.
We plan the new structure, implement agreed redirects and test forms, metadata and key journeys before launch. After the changeover, checks should confirm that the intended pages and assets are accessible and that measurement is working.
How the work happens
Agree the structure before building the detail.
-
Plan pages and requirements
Understand the business offer, content, existing site and required functions. Agree architecture and the scope of the build.
-
Build and review
Implement the website in reviewable stages, including responsive layouts, content and integrations.
-
Validate and launch
Check key journeys, accessibility, metadata and redirects. Coordinate deployment and document the handover.

Before you start
Questions about the service.
Do you build websites with SEO in mind?
Yes. We include crawlable structure, metadata, canonical URLs and other relevant technical foundations. A broader SEO programme, including demand research and ongoing improvement, can inform the build and continue separately after launch.
Can you rebuild an existing website?
Yes. We review the current structure, content and integrations before planning the replacement. URL changes and redirects are treated as part of the migration, with checks before and after launch.
Do you provide web design as well as development?
We plan and build complete business websites, including their visual layout and responsive behaviour. Solworx does not position standalone UI/UX consultancy, branding, logo design or graphic design as separate core services.
What happens after launch?
We agree the handover and any ongoing support as part of the project discussion. The website should have a clear owner for updates, access and future changes; continuing development or SEO work is scoped around what is needed.
Next step
Plan the website your business needs next.
Share your current website, the services it needs to explain and what is getting in the way. We will discuss the right scope for a build or rebuild.
